The Heff Sandwich
No, not the Playboy, but our German beer friend Hefeweizen who has gracefully brined our turkey overnight to create this awesome sandwich. In this sandwich you will experience bacon and Swiss cheese, together with Colman's mustard with herbs, mixed greens and tomato. Half the bread toasted the other not so, but combined, very tasty.
The Signature Rattle 'N' Hum Burger
Our meat is ground in house each day from a mix of Prime Chuck and Sirloin beef from the famed 'Ottomanelli Brothers Butcher THE RATTLE 'N' HUM Served on a soft onion roll topped with our signature 'Shallot, bacon and beer reduction' house made chipolte sauce, ripe tomato and mixed greens.
The Brown Cow!
In this sandwich we have Roast Beef brined overnight in a Brown Ale (A brown from the tap list) put together with Goat cheese, mushroom ragout, Jameson Irish Whiskey caramelized onion sauce, mixed greens and a fresh tomato, in between toast and whole wheat bread.
Margarita Sandwich
Fresh Mozzarella, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil pressed and topped with pesto sauce, throw in a ripe tomato and mixed greens and you got yourself a great sandwich!
